The Global Service Delivery Unit is an integral part of Fujitsu’s delivery approach. Through the comprehensive end-to-end IT services delivered by this organization, Fujitsu helps customers go global, while allowing scope to customize and localize solutions for individual customers, whenever necessary.
The Global Service Delivery Unit is made up of centralized business teams and eight Global Delivery Centers (GDCs). GDCs constitute a network of state-of-the-art technology and service hubs around the world (China, Costa Rica, India, Malaysia, Philippines, Poland, Portugal and Russia). There are more than 12,000 people working in the GDCs from multiple nationalities and backgrounds, representing huge cultural diversity. With an average age of 30 years, many of our employees are digital natives, and 35% are female.
